 About the Role:

SPCA has an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to lead our dedicated team responsible for legacy, cash, and regular giving programs. As the Legacy and Campaign Development Manager, you will utilize your expertise across various fundraising channels to introduce fresh and innovative ideas while leveraging proven traditional approaches.  You'll bring demonstrated success in the digital fundraising world.  You'll play a pivotal role in negotiating key supplier agreements, meeting challenging income targets, and ensuring the continuous growth of our highly successful legacy program.  This role has potential for further development. 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a talented team to achieve fundraising excellence.

Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies across multiple channels.

Negotiate and manage supplier agreements to optimize fundraising efforts.

Meet challenging income targets to support SPCA's mission and initiatives.

Drive the growth and sustainability of our legacy program through strategic planning and execution.

Foster a collaborative culture that prioritises donor appreciation and long-term success.

Skills and Experience:

Proven track record in fundraising management, with experience across diverse channels and mediums.

Ability to balance innovation with tradition to maximise fundraising effectiveness.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure key supplier agreements.

Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding income targets in a nonprofit environment.

Exceptional leadership abilities, with a focus on kindness, bravery, and team empowerment.
