  • Team Synergy: Collaborate with a passionate team in an environment that supports your growth.
  • And here's the best part: every day, as you wrap up your responsibilities, you'll revel in the knowledge that your efforts directly contribute to improving the lives of New Zealand's animals. Now, who wouldn't want that?

What We're Looking For:

If you're our ideal candidate, you'll:

  • Expertise and know-how: You bring tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Animal advocate: Show us your understanding of animal welfare compliance activities and a deep grasp of the Animal Welfare Act.
  • Team dynamo: You're no stranger to working as part of a team and are just as comfortable working independently.
  • Flexibility is your middle Name: Juggle priorities, manage workloads, and embrace a flexible approach to work hours.
  • Tech virtuoso: Sound computer skills including the use of database systems and Microsoft Office applications are a must.
  • Heart of gold: Demonstrate empathy, resilience, and hands-on animal-handling experience.
  • Communication guru: Your communication and customer service skills are second to none.
  • On the move: Hold a full, clean driver’s license.
  • Passion unleashed: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and genuinely love working with both people and animals.
