Head Veterinary Nurse
Contract: Permanent, Full Time.
Hours of work: 40 hours/week – Rostered Mon-Sun between 7.30am and 4.30pm.
Location: SPCA Auckland Centre (Mangere)
About the role We are looking for a Head Veterinary Nurse to join the SPCA Auckland (Mangere) Hospital team.
You will lead a large team of 15 Vet Nurses and 2 Animal Attendants to ensure that our animals receive the best care and treatment. This role combines clinical leadership with administrative duties in the day to day running of a busy veterinary hospital.

· An experienced veterinary nurse with proven clinical and leadership skills
· Have the ability to work in a high performance, fast paced environment.

· Be a quick thinker who is skilled at multi-tasking and able to prioritise and effectively manage workloads.
